How much does an order picker earn?
Warehouse workers in Poland may earn differently depending on their experience, qualifications or skills. Earnings may also fluctuate due to the size of the company, location or type of industry. Averaging, a warehouseman in Poland can earn 4300 PLN – 7500 PLN gross. This includes regular warehouse workers or forklift operators.

- it concerns picking orders, packing products and preparing them for dispatch,
- requires employees to be physically fit, familiar with the warehouse and accurate,

- the work may be carried out in different weather conditions, especially in warehouses without air conditioning,
- gives the opportunity to gain additional qualifications, such as forklift licences or warehouse management training.
